What you probably want to know
Yes. Cancel from inside the app and you keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't have lock-in contracts and we don't make cancellation hard.
No. Sign up, connect WhatsApp, and your 14-day trial starts the moment your number is approved. We don't ask for a card until you decide to subscribe.
On day 14, sending pauses — you can still read every conversation, but replies won't go out until you subscribe. On day 21 the inbox goes read-only. Your data is never deleted, whichever way you go.
The trial clock only starts after your WhatsApp Business account is approved. Pre-approval, you can explore the demo for as long as you want — no clock running.
On secure infrastructure in the US, encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't sell or share your conversations. Account and message history persist indefinitely, even if your subscription lapses.
